Webforge (NSW) commenced producing forged welded grating at Brookvale in the early 1950's, as a family business called P.M. Andersen. By the mid 1970's the business had grown sufficiently, to expand into Queensland where a sales office was opened and developed into a manufacturing facility. In 1980, Web Grating from Western Australia bought the family business. This acquisition made the Webforge group the largest manufacturer of forge welded grating in Australia. The Monowills handrailing business was acquired in 1987 to further enhance the business.
Webforge (NSW) moved into the present 4,120m2 facility at Mona Vale in 1987. We currently employ 70 staff, producing steel and stainless steel grating and stair treads, the complete range of Monowills handrail and barrier products and a comprehensive range of civil drainage products.
